Customer Support Manager

Website Maintenance Division

Requirements & Experience:
  • Degree or professional certification in Web/System Development – Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a support center, preferably in website/software/server support – Required
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress (website development, plugins, API, etc.) – Required
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines – Required
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience leading a team of 2-3 people – Required
Advantages:

  • Knowledge and experience in system/server support
  • Background in sales departments
Job Responsibilities:
  • Daily management and prioritization of tasks for the development & maintenance team
  • Preparing maintenance and complex development quotes for the maintenance department
  • Managing mid-size and strategic client accounts: troubleshooting, website maintenance, defining complex development tasks, gathering client requirements, and providing high-quality customer service
  • Overseeing other account managers: monitoring task completion, ensuring smooth client interactions, conducting customer satisfaction reviews
