History
Web3D was founded in 1997 and quickly became one of the first website development companies in Israel. The company was established by Lina Shnayderman, a GUI expert with extensive experience in training and teaching software and web interface design at higher education institutions across Israel.
In its early years, Web3D specialized in building websites and multimedia presentations, integrating advanced graphics, animation, and 3D elements. The company also provided consulting and training services for businesses, institutions, organizations, and individuals.
Over the past decade, the company has been led by Alon Shnayderman, a graduate of Unit 8200 and the Prime Minister’s Office, who has focused on differentiating Web3D through digital strategy and guiding businesses through their digital transformation processes. As part of this strategic shift, Web3D has successfully expanded its reach, with 30% of its clients now operating worldwide.
In today’s interconnected world, we recognize that the time has come to focus on expanding our presence in the U.S. market. This forward-thinking approach has allowed us to maintain our unique position in Israel’s web development industry—where we prioritize UI/UX design first and only then proceed to development and implementation.
Today, Web3D is one of Israel’s largest and most successful internet companies, with a diverse and expanding clientele from various industries in Israel and around the globe.
Work Methodology
User experience design and prototype development are key elements to any project’s success. However, alongside effective planning, at Web3D, we believe that proper project implementation is the cornerstone for meeting deadlines, minimizing errors, and ensuring a smooth, transparent process with the client.
Our company operates under the ISO 9001 standard, ensuring consistent quality, structured procedures, and continuous process improvement. Each project phase is managed according to clear guidelines with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and services. We also adhere to the ISO 27001 security standard, ensuring robust data protection and privacy. This standard helps us guarantee the security of both our data and our clients’ sensitive information at every stage of the process.
We manage employee onboarding through a detailed induction program, ensuring they are well-prepared to follow over 30 testing procedures (checklists) throughout the project stages. Every project is tracked in the Monday system, with all client communication and materials stored in a dedicated, transparent client folder, accessible for viewing and editing by the client. Each project also includes a customized Gantt chart for realistic project timelines and deliverables. At the end of every project phase, we conduct a review to gather insights and improve our processes for future projects, ensuring continuous efficiency and transparency.
